Brief description

More than 200 residential units in the Spandauer Siedlung were due for refurbishment. The difficulty with this order was expressed in two points: To deliver reinforced concrete core refurbishment in a short period of time in a quality manner. Here, too, we excelled ourselves and managed to deliver more than 16 residential units per month. Thus we were in under 12 months through with this project. Sustainable, efficient and on time.

Location description

The wonderfully located Angeburger Allee has several entrances and exits, elevators and barrier-free options. Many public connections to the public transport network (ÖVNP) can be reached quickly and the city freeway is also nearby.
