Brief description

A fancy villa in Ludwigsfelde is to be developed for a private client by mid-2023. The customer's wishes were fulfilled to absolute satisfaction. The planning poses the greatest challenge here. In addition to rising development prices, attention must be paid here to an extremely sustainable and efficient energy concept in order to save the customer costs in the long term.

Location description

Ludwigsfelde is a medium-sized town in the north of the district of Teltow-Fläming with a population of about 27,000. It is located about eleven kilometers south of the Berlin city limits and thus belongs to the popular periphery of the Berliners.
